SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The contract is concluded through your order and our acceptance of the order (through the dispatch of an order confirmation or the dispatch of the goods).
In the event of spelling, printing or calculation errors on the website, Power Yoga Austria is entitled to withdraw from the contract without the buyer having any claims.
Verbal information and promises of any kind, in particular descriptions, images, drawings, samples, information on quality, condition, composition, performance, consumption and usability, as well as the dimensions and weights of the contractual goods, do not constitute an assurance or guarantee of any kind, Minor deviations from the product information are considered approved, provided they are not unreasonable for the contractual partner.
PAYMENT
The prices in our online shop are euro prices (€). They are calculated including the statutory sales tax, but excluding shipping costs. In individual cases, additional taxes and / or duties (e.g. customs duties) may have to be paid by the customer for cross-border deliveries.
The purchase price does not include a flat-rate shipping fee, the exact amount of which is shown separately in the product presentation in the online shop.
The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract. Payment options are: prepayment.
Retention of title: The goods remain the property of Power Yoga Austria until they have been paid for in full. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to assert the damage incurred (interest, dunning or collection costs).
DELIVERY
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the contractual partner. Information on delivery times is non-binding.
The dispatch takes place after receipt of the order and sent order confirmation within 5 working days but as soon as possible. Power Yoga Austria is entitled to partial deliveries of goods.
If the package arrives damaged or incomplete, it is necessary to inform us immediately or at the latest within 2 working days. In addition, we cannot guarantee a refund.
WARRANTY & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The statutory warranty provisions apply.
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 working days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
Obvious defects in a product must be reported in writing by the buyer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods (by email to Karin@poweryoga.local).
The guarantee does not include the elimination of errors caused by external influences or improper handling of clothing. Furthermore, warranty claims do not arise if the contractual partner does not follow the specified care instructions or if the contractual partner or a third party has damaged clothing.
If you want to return part or all of the delivery, please inform us in writing (by e-mail) within 14 working days and send the goods, neatly packaged, to the following address within the period:

The period begins at the earliest with the point in time at which the instruction was communicated in text form, but not before the day of receipt of the delivery of goods. The timely dispatch of the cancellation or the item is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline.
The purchase price will be refunded upon receipt of the goods. Shipping costs are not refundable. The shipping costs for the return are not taken over, unless the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered goods. Returns sent freight collect cannot be accepted. Please keep your shipping receipt in a safe place, as this is the only way to refund the purchase price if the package is lost.
The goods must be unworn and clean. If we receive the goods in a resalable condition, we will return the payments made within 14 days.
The contractual partner has to pay compensation for a deterioration caused by the intended use of the goods. The contractual partner may carefully and carefully examine the goods. The contractual partner has to bear the loss of value, which leads to the fact that the goods can no longer be sold as “new” due to the use beyond the mere examination.
If the goods are not in perfect condition, have already been worn or have been damaged during transport due to improper packaging, we reserve the right to withhold part or all of the purchase price.
DATA PROTECTION
We handle your data with absolute confidentiality. We use your data for further order processing,
such as for the transport, the payment processing and therefore necessarily pass on your data to the respective partner company. The data may only be used by the respective company during the fulfillment of their order (e.g. during the transport between us and your place of residence) and any other use is prohibited.

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions or the contract concluded with the contractual partner be wholly or partially ineffective, this shall not affect the effectiveness of the rest of the contract.
Austrian law applies. The validity of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of April 11, 1980 (CISG / UN Sales Law) is excluded.
Wolfsberg is the exclusive place of jurisdiction.
