We also offer shipping via UPS Express for € 40.
A return is of course possible without any problems.
According to our terms and conditions, you have 14 days to notify us of your return by e-mail to Karin@poweryogaaustria.com.
Of course, you can try the clothes on and take your time to think about whether it fits you.
To be returned, the clothing must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. The labels must still be attached. In short – the goods must be in a condition in which they can be sold again.

It is essential to keep the receipt for the package or the tracking number, as we unfortunately cannot accept any liability for missing packages.
Please enclose a short letter to us whether you would like a replacement – a different size or color – or whether you would like the amount returned to your account.
Tips for the return
Please choose a shipping provider who issues a shipping receipt with a traceable package number. We cannot accept any costs or responsibility for the return shipment. We do not accept packages sent freight collect!
Why we don’t include a label for free returns
Many providers on the Internet, especially the very large ones, offer a fast, impersonal process for shipping and returning. We don’t want to promote such a culture as an environmentally conscious company.
We therefore ask you to make sure to order what you can imagine to keep when making your selection. Of course we understand that not everything always fits, so you can return it within 14 days without any problems.
THE CLOTHING HAS A DEFECTIVE OR HAS NOT ARRIVED TO YOU UNDAMAGED?
We check every piece before it leaves our house. But some things still escape our view. Please check the goods as soon as they arrive and report any defects immediately. Unfortunately, we can no longer consider later complaints. Of course, we will replace defective products and also cover all shipping costs
Depending on the bank and payment method, the reimbursement may take up to a few working days.
We will inform you about the refund by email. If the amount is not in your account within a few days, please let us know immediately.
